Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the handmade nature of our items, we don’t accept returns. However, if there’s a problem with your order, please contact us — we’re happy to help make it right. -
Q: How long does it take to receive a lightbox?
A: Lightboxes are made to order and can take up to 2–4 weeks from production to delivery. You'll receive updates along the way, including a tracking number once it ships! -
Q: Are your products ready to ship or made to order?
A: All of our items are made to order, which means each product is created just for you after your purchase. This allows us to offer unique, high-quality designs and sometimes even custom options! Please allow up to 1 week for production and processing before your order ships. We appreciate your patience and support for handmade, small-batch creations. -
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at the moment — we’re currently only shipping within the U.S. (but we hope to expand soon!).
